In a recent study …. Compared to PHRF in every other place we have tried, it has produced better, more competitive racing…for example, check out the attached analysis of the PHRF fleet in the St Pete NOOD regatta in February - the corrected times were on average over 35% closer in the four scored races compared to the PHRF scores.
